“People work to live, not live to work”

I mentioned in the previous blog post that 2020 had been a bit of rough year as I’m sure it had been for everyone. So for me, after a long time job hunting and of not necessarily having a strict routine, jumping back into work was a bit of a shock to the system. Which is why the Kickstart programme for me has been a great way to get back into the routine of work. Working part time for 6 months is the perfect way to ease back into the working routine as well as get a feel for the company and place of work. (Just wanted to advertise the Kickstarter programme a little more just in case anyone was still on the fence about whether it was worth it or not 😊)

ActionCOACH has also really helped in this regard and is playing a big role in getting me back on my feet. From the beginning ActionCOACH Chesterfield have created this environment that puts you first, where you as a person are what matters above all else, it’s all about personal growth and making sure you are both healthy in and out of work.

One of the things Fiaz first said to me was “People work to live, not live to work” and that’s when I knew this was a company I wanted to work for, as that is a mindset that understands and respects its employees. And from experience, it wasn’t just a saying or off-handed comment, it goes into everything we do at ActionCOACH; from working in ActionCOACH together as a team, to working with businesses to create that work/life balance and strategies to help owners run their company rather than just work in their company or worst have their company run them.

ActionCOACH has helped me, and I believe work we do can help you too!
