My role as Customer Journey Agent might be more behind the scenes than the rest of the team at ActionCOACH Chesterfield, but I still play an important part in supporting the business by keeping the database and client information up to date and analysing the data to help support team decisions.

I had heard good things about ActionCOACH before starting in my role, but wasn’t completely sure what to expect going in or whether it would be right for me… However, I have now finished my first week in the role, and I can safely say it has been a pleasure to meet and work with Fiaz and Beth so far. They have been extremely welcoming and supportive in getting me up to speed with the systems and goals of the company, as well as making sure I’m involved and up to date with what’s going on.

I look forward to continuing to work for ActionCOACH Chesterfield and I am excited to learn and see how we grow as a team and a company in the coming months.
